Notes :
- Designed to be supplied with pre-mixed water. Consideration should be given to safe hot water delivery and the use of an appropriate temperature reduction device, please see A5900AA (for use with 15mm pipework) or A5901AA (for use with 22mm pipework).
- The downward pointing sensor is set to work in the normal handwashing position. This helps to eliminate false triggering from high visibility clothing associated with forward facing sensors, we also do not recommend the use of chromium plated wastes. Automatically shuts off if sensor is obstructed for a maximum of 55 seconds.
- Mains powered transformer with option to use up to 5 link units per main unit or alternatively there are stand alone battery powered units.
- Flow rate regulated to 3.7 litres per minute at 1 bar pressure. Low pressure straightener available (B960860NU) which delivers 5 litres per minute at 0.1 bar.
- Please choose from a chrome finish or Ultra Steel finish.
- Please choose your required power type (Mains, Battery, Link Mains). Â
- The tap can be purchased as either a mains power tap or a link mains tap. Up to five link mains taps may be connected to 1 mains tap.
Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
