This NymaPRO Close coupled Doc M toilet pack is ideal for wheelchair toilet access within a commercial washroom setting. Includes concealed fittings, as well as a TMV3 valve for hot water control. Suitable for both left and right-handed users.

- 5 x 600mm Steel Grab Rails
- 1 x 800mm Lift and lock steel hinged Rail
- 1 x Close coupled WC pan and cistern assembly
- 1 x Ring only toilet seat with stainless hinge
- 1 x Two tap hole basin and fittings
- 1 x Basin mixer tap
- 1 x Spatula cistern lever
- 1 x TMV3 Valve
Not Included: alarm pull cord, shelf, and mirror.

Please Note: Fixings for load-bearing elements of the Doc M pack such as the WC pan and grab rails are not supplied with fixings, as the type of fixings required depends on the surfaces they are being fixed to.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
