How much does postage and packaging cost?

£10.00 per delivery. This is a one-off standard charge that applies to all our products, except on our cubicles and IPS panelling range and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.

Fragile and easily breakable items (Ceramic Sanitary Ware, Doc M Packs, Mirrors) start from £35 with pricing varying depending on delivery location. Shipping to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland starts from £100.

Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels and vanity units start at £60 and varies depending on the delivery location.

Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide is available and is quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information.

When will your order arrive?

We ask that you contact us for a delivery estimate on a product by product basis. If delivery time is of the essence we have a next day service available that is applicable to certain products. Please contact the Commercial Washrooms team to ask us about faster delivery options. On the rare occasion that your product will not be delivered within the usual lead times, a member of the Commercial Washrooms team will call you to let you know when the estimated delivery date will be.

What couriers should you expect?

Our primary courier for mainland UK deliveries is DPD; however, there may be an opportunity to use an alternative.

All pallet deliveries are sent via the UK pallet network.

How can you pay?

Commercial Washrooms accept all major credit cards, BACS payments, cash and cheques as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can also set up a Two Credit Account with instant Credit Approval.

If you are purchasing from a local authority funded school or local authority we are happy to accept a formal purchase order with payment to follow. Placing an order from outside the UK mainland? Please contact Commercial Washrooms for details and prices. Costs and availability will vary depending on the location and items required.

Do we accept returns?

Orders for “custom-made”, “made to measure”, or “special order” goods may not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstance. This includes, but is not exclusive to: Toilet Cubicles, Vanity Units, Panels, Wash Troughs, Changing Room Lockers, and Benches.

The Buyer may cancel orders for Goods that are not outlined as above at any time before they are dispatched.

You may return goods for any reason within 5 days from the date of delivery/collection. You must contact the Company for returns authorisation by either: emailing [email protected] or telephoning 01202 650 900 and requesting a returns note. The original delivery charge and any cost of return delivery will not be refunded. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and in a sellable condition to qualify for a refund. All returns must be sent to Commercial Washrooms by some form of recorded delivery where a signature will be obtained upon delivery, this avoids any issues of deliveries not being received by us.

Please note: There will be a 25% re-stocking charge.

Has your order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days via [email protected] or telephoning 01202 650 900 and provide us with photos of the damaged product. We will inspect the photos and we will be in contact as soon as possible to resolve this with you.

When will you receive your refund?

The Company will examine the returned Goods and will process any refund usually within 3-5 working days but in any case no later than within 30 days. Unless otherwise notified by the Company the price of the Goods will be refunded only and less any applicable restocking, administration, delivery and/or collection charges.
