Sales Executive

Up to £28,000 basic pa + Quarterly Bonus (very realistic OTE = £35k pa)

Commercial Washrooms is one of the UK’s leading specialist suppliers of washroom related products and materials to commercial organisations. Due to continued success and as part of their planned growth, a vacancy exists for an outbound Sales Executive to target warm leads, based from our head office in Poole, Dorset.

The business is a family run organisation boasting year-on-year growth, ideal for applicants looking for the opportunity for career progression.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the purpose of the role is to develop new accounts by proactively calling prospective customers who have expressed interest in our product range.

To identify key contacts and qualify leads to a set criteria which will then be passed to our internal account managers for them to convert into sales.

Sales Executive Vacancy

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound calling to warm leads
  • Championing the company values and USP’s to ensure outstanding first impressions
  • Effectively convey our specialist offering and expertise within the washroom industry to gain trust, confidence and relevance to their needs
  • Producing warm, qualified leads to maintain a steady stream of new customer inquiries by exceeding targets
  • Maximising the benefit of Lead Forensics, our online software tool that gives insight to organisations that have visited our online store
  • Using a range of communication tools to maintain and develop relationships including phone, email and LinkedIn

Minimum qualifications of GCSE English & Maths at grade C and above is expected, ideally with additional further education qualifications (A-Levels). Applicants should have a background and experience within telesales working within an office environment. Full IT literacy and proficient use of Microsoft Office suite of products is essential, particularly Word & Excel.

This role is a varied one and a willingness to become involved in other office duties will be required. The ability to liaise and create relationships with customers is essential.

Experience working within an office-based sales team is essential. You will be a self-starter and motivated and driven by exceeding monthly targets.

Customer Service Advisor

The business is a family-run organisation boasting year-on-year growth, ideal for applicants looking for the opportunity for career progression.

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the purpose of the role is to assist in the after-sales process to help customers fulfill their orders. This is achieved by providing timely, outstanding and friendly customer service to customers and colleagues. We want to maintain an excellent customer experience throughout the whole the sales and delivery process.

Customer Service Advisor Vacancy

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and responding to after-sales customer enquiries using our in-house ticketing system
  • Proactively providing order updates to customers
  • Tracking deliveries and sharing PODs with customers
  • Handling delivery issues and liaising with our couriers/suppliers
  • Sourcing Alternative product options for customers if extended lead times exist.
  • Processing returns and issuing credit notes/refunds
  • Dealing with any faulty products - liaising with the suppliers/manufacturers to resolve any issues promptly
  • Recording, reporting and resolving customer complaints. Escalating when necessary
  • Customer data administration

Minimum qualifications of GCSE English & Maths at grade C and above are expected, ideally with additional further education qualifications. Applicants should have a background and experience in customer service and administration working within an office environment. Full IT literacy and proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite of products is essential, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel.

Above all, you will have a bubbly, helpful personality and be driven by helping people. Communication is the key and you must be organised and committed to solving each and every query raised.
