This Disabled Toilet Room Alarm Kit System is DDA compliant, and includes the full 3-piece kit, consisting of external sounder/alarm, pull ring alarm cord and the reset button. Ideal for DOC M toilet rooms.

Additional pull ring alarm cords to the system for larger rooms with multiple zones can also be added. The disabled toilet room alarm system is ideal for Doc-M toilet rooms paired with a correct and compliant DDA Document M sanitary ware pack.

The toilet room alarm and assistance response kit are simple to install and provides peace of mind wherever an indication of ‘assistance required’ is called for. Meeting the BS Standard requirement for all disabled toilets to be fitted with an emergency toilet alarm is the only suitable option.

We supply this device in two colours: white plasic and satin stainless steel.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.

Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.

Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.

Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.

Delivery timescales

We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.

All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns

We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.

If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.

Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
