This shower pack is available in two grab rail colours - matte white (511MEXP2), and Metallised anthracite (511MEXP1). The grab rails are made from powder-coated aluminium for a long-lasting finish.
This Doc M shower pack is for use by wheelchair users, ambulant disabled, walking impaired and infirm people, providing a comfortable shower area with a hinged seat, lever-operated mixer shower, adjustable shower head, shower curtain and grab rails.
The pack contains 19 items:
- 2 Drop-down support rails, length 850mm.
- 3 Grab bars, with ergonomic flat front face, length 600mm.
- 2 Grab bars, with ergonomic flat front face, length 450mm.
- 1 Lift-up shower seat.
- 1 Backrest, depth 150mm.
- 1 aluminium finish coat hook.
- 1 SECURITHERM single lever sequential thermostatic exposed shower mixer with top outlet and Ø 16mm exposed shower column with reinforced collar.
- 1 Chrome-plated TONIC JET shower head, tamperproof and scale-resistant, with automatic flow rate regulator set at 6lpm.
- 1 Exposed diverter valve.
- 1 Multi-mode shower kit with 1 single jet shower head, 1 sliding soap dish for riser rails, 1 sliding shower head holder and 1 flexible shower hose.
- 1 Grab bar for use as shower riser rail, length 600mm.
- 1 Shower hose retaining collar: retains shower hose correctly.
The Be-Line® DOC M shower pack is also available for purchase in a recessed shower design (511MREC-C) for more concealed pipework.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
