Superloos, Executive Restrooms and self-contained Toilets
Superloos, Single Occupancy Restrooms or self-contained Toilets, offer numerous benefits in public and private spaces. One of the primary advantages is enhanced privacy. Unlike traditional multi-stall restrooms, superloos provide a private space users, significantly reducing the anxiety or discomfort of shared facilities.
This privacy can be especially beneficial in workplaces, schools, and public venues, promoting a more inclusive environment for all users, including those who feel uncomfortable or unsafe in gender-specific restrooms.
Another key benefit is improved hygiene. With fewer people sharing a single space, the risk of cross-contamination and spreading germs is reduced. Additionally, superloos can be cleaned more efficiently and frequently, ensuring a higher standard of cleanliness.
Superloos and self-contained Toilets also contribute to greater accessibility. They can be designed to accommodate various needs, including those of people with disabilities, parents with children, and individuals requiring more space. This flexibility makes superloos a more inclusive option, catering for a range of users.

It all starts with a conversation. Get in touch with us and let us know the size and functionality required within your washroom.

2. Site Visit and Survey
We’ll arrange a time to come and visit your site or building to scope the extent of the work that needs doing and discuss your needs further.

3. Design Specification
Our design team will then draw up, through CAD and CGI’s, how your end product will look for you to review and approve.

4. Installation
Our installation specialists will have the project completed within a specified timeframe, including all building work and product installation.
Luxury Executive Restrooms
An Executive Restroom is a self-contained Toilet Room for private use, often more luxurious and spacious than a standard Toilet with premium fittings, Towels and Toiletries. Executive toilets are often provided for executive vice presidents, group vice presidents, and divisional heads, and they help minimise the risk of a breach of privacy.
Single-occupancy restrooms offer numerous benefits in public and private spaces. One of the primary advantages is enhanced privacy.
Unlike traditional multi-stall restrooms, superloos provide a private, enclosed space for each user, which can significantly reduce the anxiety or discomfort associated with shared facilities. This privacy can be especially beneficial in workplaces, schools, and public venues, promoting a more inclusive environment for all users, including those who feel uncomfortable or unsafe in gender-specific restrooms.
Parkstone Bay Marina New Washrooms
Having been in conversation with Parkstone Bay Marina for some time, a new set of Commercial Washrooms was created for the Marina's users in early 2025.
After several site meetings, we worked with the client to offer various design options. This was largely focused on utilising these cabins' unique setting, creating options for the best use of space within the building's constraints.
We supplied all the fittings for this Washroom Refurbishment, which saw the Marina construct a series of Superloos.

Government Laboratory Superloo Refurbishment
As part of a broad and expansive renovation project taking place at a governmental laboratory building in London, we were appointed by the main contractor to refurbish a series of highly efficient washrooms as a turnkey service.
With the organisation looking to return employees to work safely, we delivered a series of high-performing ‘super-loos’ offering privacy. Strong hygiene, individual hand washing areas, easy-clean functionality and an executive-level finish.
The difference between a Superloo and Washrooms
The needs and demands of your users are the main starting point when addressing any washroom refurbishment project.
Whether that’s considering potential disabilities or how visitors need to move through a busy, high-traffic wash space without the room getting congested, users are at the forefront of design. Here, we outline the most common types of washrooms we encounter in modern commercial refurbishment.
