Complete your washroom with a low-level, close-coupled or back-to-wall toilet pack, available in either a modern or more traditional design to suit your washroom’s needs. Our toilet packs conform to British Standards and contain toilet bowls and cisterns (both exposed and concealed). Some pack options also include additional features, such as toilet seat covers and flush plates.
You can also find sanitaryware products such as Toilets, Toilet Cisterns, Toilet Seats and Toilet Flush Controls sold separately on our site, should you wish to choose these individually or need a replacement part. We also stock a variety of Doc-M Packs for disabled toilets, providing everything you need for a safe and accessible toilet.
Many of our school toilets are also available as complete packs. These toilet pans benefit from a reduced height to help children access the toilet independently.

Toilet Pack FAQs
What is a toilet pack?
A toilet pack is a product which contains all the components you need for a toilet (such as the toilet pan, cistern and toilet seat). Toilet packs are ideal for both domestic and commercial washrooms, as they include everything needed and are available in modern or traditional styles that suit any bathroom.
Our toilet pack range here at Commercial Washrooms is affordable, built to last and designed with comfort in mind.
Which toilet pack is best for me?
Here are a few considerations for you to make to determine which WC pack best fits the needs of your washroom:
- What is the style of your bathroom? A back-to-wall toilet pack is particularly well-suited to modern bathrooms, thanks to its seamless design. Meanwhile, a low-level toilet pack can offer a more traditional feel, with its exposed flush pipe and plumbing.
- What is your budget? How much you have to spend on new toilet pack products will inevitably play a part in which toilet pack you go for.
- How easy will it be to access the toilet cistern? It’s worth considering how easily you can access the cistern if needed. For example, a close-coupled toilet pack will include a cistern that sits above the toilet pan and will therefore be within easy reach. In contrast, a back-to-wall toilet pack will require you to either remove a flush plate (which is still relatively simple) or access an IPS panel, which may take a little more time.
If you’re unsure which toilet pack is right for you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What types of toilet packs are there?
Here at Commercial Washrooms, we sell a range of toilet packs, including:
- Back-to-wall toilet pack - Back-to-wall toilets feature concealed cisterns, which are hidden from view behind a wall or an IPS Panel. When a user is seated, their back will rest against the wall rather than the toilet cistern. A back-to-wall toilet pack is a popular option for modern bathrooms, offering a more seamless aesthetic.
- Close-coupled toilet pack - Close-coupled toilets feature a ceramic cistern mounted on the back of the toilet pan. They are often a cheaper alternative to toilets with concealed cisterns as there’s no need to purchase IPS ducts or support frames. They also allow easy access to the toilet cistern if necessary.
- Low-level toilet pack - Low-Level Toilets feature a ceramic cistern, fitted at a low level on the wall, and connected to the toilet pan with a flush pipe (which is exposed and visible, giving it a more traditional, Victorian style).
- Doc-M toilet pack - At Commercial Washrooms, we offer Back-to-Wall, Close-Coupled, Low-Level, and Wall-Hung Doc-M toilet packs that comply with UK Building Regulations Document M. These packs are specifically designed for disabled toilets, making washrooms more accessible.
