H18 IPS Heavy Duty Hinges are designed for inward-opening IPS access panels, offering exceptional strength, smooth operation, and reliable performance. Available in Large, Small, and Cubicle variants, these aluminium hinges support panel weights over 200kg and let panels swing fully open for easy access.
H18 IPS Heavy Duty Hinges provide a robust and versatile solution for Integrated Plumbing System (IPS) access panels in commercial washrooms. Built for demanding environments, these high-performance hinges suit horizontal installation and support panel weights over 200kg, making them ideal for large, frequently accessed duct panels.
The H18 range is available in three configurations to suit different panel sizes and installation requirements:
- H18P01 Large IPS Hinge – Recommended for panels over 445mm high.
- H18P02 Small IPS Hinge – Suitable for smaller panels between 270mm and 445mm high.
- H18P03 Cubicle IPS Hinge – Designed for cubicle applications where restricted shadow gaps and adjacent partitions require additional clearance during opening.
Finished in silver anodised aluminium as standard, the hinges can also be powder coated to match project-specific colour requirements. The innovative design allows panels to swing completely clear of the opening without the typical limitations of conventional hinges, providing unrestricted access for maintenance and servicing.
The hinges are packed in pairs (i.e. one pair per standard size door 700 x 1800 x 17mm).

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
Please Note: Geberit Products cannot be returned due to the Manufacturers own zero-return policy.
