How to install wall hung basin
Please note that it’s recommended that you hire a plumbing professional to carry out the installation of a wall hung basin to ensure the basin is mounted correctly.
Here is an outline of the steps involved in installing a wall hung basin such as our Twyford wall hung basin 500mm:

Decide the best location for your wall hung basin - consider the appropriate mounting height for users and heavy traffic areas.

Using masking tape and mark out the position of your wall hung sink - you can also use a spirit level to ensure your lines are straight and accurate.

Insert wall anchors into the fixing holes and tighten them.

How to clean bathroom wash basin
It’s important to ensure that your wall hung basins are kept clean and well maintained, no matter whether that is in a commercial or domestic setting. One way to keep your facilities clean is to apply an antibacterial cleaner to the sink, leave it for 15-20 minutes and use a sponge to clean the bowl. You can then rinse the sink and it will be ready for use.
What height should a wash hand basin be?
The best height to mount the Twyford Alcona wall hung basin 500mm will depend on who will be using your washroom facilities (i.e. the basin would need to be at a lower height for young or disabeld users). That said, a common height for a wash hand basin is between 800-850mm.

Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
