Unsightly pipework and plumbing materials can occupy the space below a vanity unit. While these are best hidden away, regular maintenance and access are also needed. Our underframes create an ideal way to achieve this.
Access panels are supplied with factory-fitted nylon pull-off clips, ensuring the underframe is delivered as a complete and ready-to-install unit. One access panel/hole is supplied with a 1200mm unit, and two access panels/holes are provided with the 1800mm unit. The pack includes two 600mm deep return end panels as standard.
The underframes are fixed to floors, walls and vanity tops/wash troughs using L brackets and timber supports where needed (not supplied).
Access panels and their surrounding frames are manufactured from Polyrey solid-grade laminate (SGL), which is impervious to water and suitable for use in both wet and dry environments. These panels are made in white (B070) or Grey (G003).
Please note that the prices displayed are for purchasing underframes and access panels only. Vanity tops and Wash Troughs can be purchased separately.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
