This flush-fronted healthcare IPS unit is finished with Hygienic wall cladding and features two hinged and lockable access panels. These modules are designed for use in any hospital or healthcare setting where hand washing is necessary. It is made to measure as a complete Integrated Panel System (IPS) unit that includes the necessary Armitage Shanks medical tap, basin, and waste configuration.
It is a frameless, one-piece unit manufactured from hygienic cladding over a plywood core. The seamless corners and flush recessed doors mean that there are fewer recesses, reducing the risk of bacteria growth.

This pre-plumbed wash hand basin duct set module is designed for use within a hospital or healthcare environment where infection control is required. Its flush front and antibacterial hygienic clad finish help to reduce areas where dirt and bacteria can grow.
It is made to measure from 1 single semi-rigid PVCu hygienic cladding sheet formed over a plywood core to replace the need for any rear framework. Available for installation in multiple scenarios - Recessed, between walls, one return end, two return ends (boxed out).
Two lockable flush access panels are mounted within the unit to ensure simple maintenance. In contrast, the unbroken section between houses the sanitaryware and the tap ensures no water ingress. It is delivered as a complete unit with sanitary and brassware attached so that the unit is quickly installed. It can be supplied in white as standard, with other colour options available and priced on application.
All modules are produced to HBN00-10 and HTM64 specifications. The hygienic cladding allows appropriate cleaning chemicals and water to be used without affecting the life of the material.
Sanitaryware and Taps: Units are manufactured in the factory as an Integrated Panel System (IPS), delivered to site with Armitage Shanks sanitary ware pre-fixed. Alternatively, sanitary ware and brassware that are compliant with HBN and HTM can be ordered separately from the Commercial Washrooms website.
This unit can be supplied with a matching floor box to allow for coved vinyl flooring to the front if required.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
