Note that pack handing is determined by the position of the tap on the basin, e.g. basin with a right-handed tap would be a right-handed pack.

- 4 x 600mm stainless steel grab rails with concealed fixings
- 1 x 450mm stainless steel grab rail with concealed fixings
- 1 x 800mm stainless steel hinged support rail with concealed fixings
- 1 x Close coupled premium rimless Doc M pan
- 1 x Close coupled cistern with lockable lid
- 1 x Close coupled cistern fitting pack with basin waste and Doc M spatula lever
- 1 x Ring only toilet seat
- 1 x One tap hole basin (either left or right hand)
- 1 x Sequential basin mixer tap (optional thermostatic mixer tap - NY02-DM-1320x-** only)

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
