Flush Fronted HPL Toilet Cubicles are 30mm thick and suitable for ceiling heights of up to 2.7m. This range of cubicles is made to measure with satin aluminium hardware and offers a ‘premium quality’ system at a competitive price.
All panel faces are finished with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) in your chosen colour and include aluminium extruded cubicle doors and pilaster edges. The panels have a moisture-resistant core but are only suitable for dry washroom areas.
The Flush30 is a range of Flush Fronted HPL Toilet Cubicles, 30mm thick and suitable for ceiling heights up to 2.7m. This range of cubicles is made to measure with satin aluminium hardware and offers a ‘premium quality’ system at a competitive price.
All panel faces are finished with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) in your chosen colour and include aluminium extruded cubicle doors and pilaster edges. The panels have a moisture-resistant core but are only suitable for dry washroom areas.
The standard height option is available at an overall height of 1.96m and comes with a 150mm high cubicle leg. The full-height option is priced at two levels, with ceiling heights of up to 2.4m or 2.7m. Full-height cubicles can include either a 150mm leg or floor channel where no bottom gap is required.
This cubicle system is particularly suited to high-end offices but can also suit other general commercial washroom areas. It is also used as a premium changing cubicle in dry, non-humid environments.
The toilet cubicle prices shown reflect common washroom layouts. Between walls assumes two solid walls on either side of the cubicle run, and wall angle assumes the cubicle run will be installed against one solid side wall.
The inline configurations suit two walls on either side, with a partition and door inline.
An attractive range of laminate colours is available - please see the download section. This cubicle range also benefits from the option to apply a digital print to the front facade. Digital printing is priced project-to-project, so please contact our sales team for a quote.
Materials Specification:
- Doors: High-pressure laminate bonded to a 30mm moisture-resistant core. Rebated aluminium edges to achieve a flush facade.
- Partitions: High-pressure laminate bonded to an 18mm moisture-resistant core, with matching laminate edge detail or 2mm ABS edging.
- Pilasters: High-pressure laminate bonded to a 30mm moisture-resistant core. Rebated aluminium edges to achieve a flush facade.
- Hardware: Supplied in satin aluminium (SAA) as standard and includes: Rise/Fall Aluminium Hinges, Recessed Indicator Keep, Coat Hook, Continuous Wall Channel, Continuous Division Channel, Headrail, and Headrail End Caps.
- Cubicle Leg Options: 150mm, 100mm or 50mm.
Dimensions Guide:
- Standard Height: 1.96m overall with a 150mm floor clearance.
- Full Height: up to 2400mm OR up to 2700mm
- Partition Depth: up to 1800mm

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
