The A7909AA is a Markwik 21+ Comfort SQ panel-mounted lever-operated healthcare tap with a removable spout that meets the changes in HBN 00-10 Part C.
It offers all the benefits you can expect from the Armitage Shanks range of Markwik taps, with the added benefit of an integral pressure-balancing valve (PBV) that maintains a consistent water flow. The PBV also adjusts to variations in water system pressure, maintaining a consistent water temperature at the outlet, even when pressure fluctuations occur.

The PBV also adjusts to variations in water system pressure, maintaining a consistent water temperature at the outlet, even when pressure fluctuations occur.
It is a sequential mixer tap that dispenses water from ambient cold to hot using a single lever. This helps keep both supplies flowing and prevents water stagnation.
Markwik 21 mixer taps can be fully dismantled for autoclave cleaning and complete disinfection, a vital process in hospitals and healthcare environments. The internal components of the tap are designed to withstand up to 135 degrees C. They are also able to thermal cleanse, a function whereby hot water only is flushed through the tap, bypassing the cold and blended warm water.
Older versions of the Markwik panel-mounted tap can be easily replaced with this newer version due to its ‘plug and play’ design. The existing handles and detachable spouts can be reused, meaning that only the required components are needed, rather than purchasing a new tap.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
