Regular clients will have noticed that throughout 2017 the disabled and accessible toilet category has grown significantly with the addition of many more doc-m toilet packs, doc-m shower packs and grab rails to our online catalogue.
We began the expansion of this category of products in December 2016. Now, due to our success in this market and our continued growth as a company, we have been able to secure improved terms by negotiating with several key suppliers.
Buying in volume direct from manufacturers enables us to secure more favourable terms than other online retailers and resellers. We also build lasting partnerships with our suppliers and actively engage in learning about the products offered, to offer better advice and an improved service to our clients.
These cost savings have enabled us to reduce the selling price of many new Doc-M compliant disability products and accessories, particularly those from these key suppliers.
All the products listed on the Commercial Washrooms website already represented excellent value for money. With one notable and extremely popular example being the Budget close-coupled Doc-M compliant toilet pack, which at the time of writing was being sold for under £260. This Doc-M WC pack is even supplied with the Bristan SOLO TMV3 tap, meaning a separate TMV3 rated thermostatic mixing valve is not needed and on-site installation cost and time is kept to a minimum too.
Now Commercial Washrooms can offer an extensive range of Doc-M compliant toilet packs of varying specifications at selling prices to suit a wide range of budgets. We also list more than 100 disabled and accessible toilet products in the entire category. Including a range of Doc-M toilet and WC packs packed complete with TMV3 approved taps and satin stainless-steel grab rails for less than half the price of our previous offerings.
Packed neatly in one box; Doc-M packs are the easiest way to purchase everything required to comply with Document M of the building regulations, volume 2; access to buildings other than dwellings. And typically feature a toilet pan, seat, cistern, paddle flush, a hand wash basin and tap, and all the grab rails (including fold-down grab rail) required to comply with the minimum standards.
