Simply send us an official purchase order on headed paper and signed by an authorised signatory by fax or email and we will process your order. 

If you are placing your first order with us, please contact us first so we can set up your credit account prior to receipt of your first purchase order.

       We will need the account name (School or Local Authority name)
       Account invoice contact details (name, phone number, email and postal address)
       Delivery address if different to the invoice address

2. Write or type out a purchase order on headed paper
       Ensure you include all the items you want, including name, reference code and quantity
       Remember to add £10 shipping to the order
       Then add 20% VAT to the total. If in doubt contact us, we would be happy to help.

3. Email the completed purchase order to [email protected]
