This Lock is suitable for inward-opening doors. If you are ordering for an outward-opening door configuration, please purchase the Challenger Outward Opening Keep to go with this lock.
If you need additional security and access to the cubicle when locked, please see the No Mischief Toilet Cubicle Lock Faceplate with Master Key (for use only with the round faceplate option).
The No Mischief setup is ideal for places where regulations require cubicle access to be limited to emergencies only, such as schools. It prevents students who have learned how to disengage the coin release locks from opening the door, as only staff will have the necessary key.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
