Our standard healthcare IPS unit is designed for use in any hospital or healthcare setting where hand washing is necessary. It is available as a made-to-measure, complete Integrated Panel System (IPS) unit that includes the necessary medical tap, basin, and waste configuration.
Our standard unit is manufactured with a robust steel frame and lift-off SGL access panels. Armitage Shank's Markwik tap (lever or sensor-operated options) and Contour 21+ basin are factory-fitted, meaning easy and quick installation.

Our standard healthcare IPS unit is designed for use in any hospital or healthcare setting where hand washing is necessary. It is available as a made-to-measure, complete Integrated Panel System (IPS) unit that includes the necessary medical tap, basin, and waste configuration.
At the heart of each fully adjustable module is a self-supporting 16 gauge galvanised metal frame that can be securely fixed to the floor, walls, and ceiling. Available for installation in multiple scenarios - Recessed, between walls, one return end, and two return ends (boxed out).
Access panels are mounted on the frame with concealed lift-off clips. We also offer an option for access panels to be mounted with a hinge and lock system.
All modules are produced to HBN00-10 and HTM64 specifications. Panels are manufactured as standard from impact-resistant, sanitised, antibacterial compact grade laminate for optimum hygiene, allowing appropriate cleaning chemicals and water to be used without affecting the life of the material.
Please select colours from the Polyrey Washroom Collection attachment. Alternative colours and laminate manufacturers are available on request.
Sanitary ware and Taps: Units are manufactured in the factory as an Integrated Panel System (IPS), delivered to site with Armitage Shanks sanitary ware pre-fixed. Alternatively, sanitary ware and brassware that are compliant with HBN and HTM can be ordered separately from the Commercial Washrooms website.

The sanitaryware is mounted on sanitised antibacterial solid-grade laminate (SGL) panels, which are also abuse-resistant and impervious to water. They are also resistant to suitable cleaning chemicals (excludes harsh bleach). Panels are manufactured with minimal gaps to reduce edge surfaces.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
