Note :
- Please select single tap for 1 tap hole basin and pair of taps for 2 tap hole basin option.
- Please select the correct left or right handed lever tap when choosing a left or right handed tap hole basin.
- S9137 Bracket for 60cm and 50cm basins S9138 Bracket for 40cm basins. Alternatively washbasin can be wall or panel mounted using S9137 or S9138 wall bracketsÂ
- Recommended fixing heights (floor to front rim); Nursery use 600mm Infant use 700mm Junior use 750mm Senior/adult use 780-800mm.Â
- Washbasin wall mounted using E015767 wall fixing set or panel mounted using E006267 fixing set
- Consideration should be given to safe hot water delivery and the use of an appropriate temperature reduction device. For use in connection with personal washing (face, forearms and hands etc.) not for use in clinical areas.
- The taphole size is 30mm and not suitable for some mixers, please check tap tail thread diameter.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
