The shower valve will fit in any UK wall cavity and only needs a 35mm deep cavity space – in fact, its complete fitting depth including plasterboard and tiles is just 45mm to 75mm.
As well as a great first fit, the shower valve is also ideal for retrofits as the brackets on the riser rail are adjustable so existing screw holes can be used.

That’s why its WRAS approved Artisan Recessed Thermostatic shower valve has been designed with ease of installation and maintenance in mind. The shower valve will fit in any UK wall cavity and only needs a 35mm deep cavity space – in fact, its complete fitting depth including plasterboard and tiles is just 45mm to 75mm.
As well as a great first fit, the shower valve is also ideal for retrofits as the brackets on the riser rail are adjustable so existing screw holes can be used.
For ease of maintenance, the shower is fully serviceable from the front.
Operating at a working pressure range of 0.2 to 5 bar, the shower is suitable for all plumbing systems, preferably balanced, and it can operate at a minimum cold water supply temperature of 4°c and a maximum hot water supply temperature of 80°c.
For family-safe showering, the shower is fitted with a thermostatic valve, meaning there is no risk of scalding accidents as the unit will shut off should there be any disruption to the hot or cold water supply.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
