Made to measure to either full or half room height (including a lid to conceal the top of the unit), our pre-plumbed IPS is delivered to the site as a factory-assembled unit for fast installation.
Choose from a panel finish in either melamine-faced chipboard (MFC), High-Pressure Laminates (HPL) or solid-grade laminates (SGL). Colours are from our standard Polyrey colour range (PDFs attached).
The systems are available to suit half or full-room heights (up to 2400mm). They are manufactured to order and can, therefore, suit site-specific measurements and bespoke room sizes.
The IPS pre-plumbed manufactured module includes a self-supporting frame, plumbing, sanitary ware, supply and soil connections and all fixings. On-site, the modules are lightweight and easy to handle, making installation even quicker.
With a simple five-step installation, it is easy to specify and install and can save up to 20% in cost when compared to traditional methods while at the same time saving valuable time on site.
The IPS pre-plumbed manufactured module includes a self-supporting frame, plumbing, sanitary ware, supply and soil connections and all fixings. On-site, the modules are lightweight and easy to handle, making installation even quicker.
To complete the job, a qualified plumber can make the final connection between the water supply and soil pipework to the pre-plumbed cistern and sanitary ware. These will be fitted by trained washroom installers and commissioned by qualified plumbing contractors.

Wall hung basin module pack includes:
- Standard IPS metal frame and panel set.
- Olympus white 520mm concealed trap basin.
- WP 32mm bottle trap.
- Panel mounted sensor tap.
- Flexi hot and cold-water connector with
- shut-off valve.
- All necessary pipes, fittings and fixtures.
Not included: First Fix Plumbing pipework.
Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
