The Ariston Europrisma EP10UR 3kW under sink water heater is a 10 Litre technologically advanced, versatile water heater. This water heater is ideal for localised use to heat mains water efficiently.
Often used in small business units where it is impractical to install a large boiler system or extend any existing hot water system. In commercial washroom settings, it is often installed within a vanity unit and is used to supply hot water through a single or multiple TMV3 valves to basin mounted mixer taps. When Do You Need to Use The Ariston Europrisma Expansion Kit with an EP10UR?
When water is heated it expands, so an allowance must be made for the extra volume that is needed for hot water. Current Water Regulations allow unvented water heaters with a capacity of 15 litres or less to accommodate the expansion of water that occurs during the heating cycle in the system pipework. But this means that you need sufficiently long pipework run to achieve this. To achieve this the pipework between the last cold water draw off and the water heater must be of sufficient volume to accommodate the expansion. For 15 mm pipe plumbing this distance of pipe needs to be at least 2.8m and in 22 mm pipe plumbing this distance must be at least 1.5m.

If you do not have a sufficiently long pipe run you will need to install an Ariston Europrisima expansion kit (Kit A) with non-retun valve (non-return valve is included with the Kit A expansion kit). If the mains water pressure may exceed 3.5 bar a pressure reducing valve (Kit B) should also be installed.
We do however recommend you use a Discharge Tundish (Kit C) with all installations but for further information on this or the other configurations please see the download forms below.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
