The space below a vanity unit can be occupied by unsightly pipe work and plumbing materials. While these are best hidden away there is also a need for regular maintenance and access. Our under frames create an ideal way to achieve this while at the same time support the vanity top or wash trough above.
Access panels are supplied with factory fitted nylon pull off clips meaning the under frame is delivered in one complete and ready to install unit. The under frames are fixed to floors, walls and tops/wash troughs using L brackets and timber supports where needed (not supplied).
They are manufactured in high pressure laminate (HPL) (for predominantly dry areas). Colours can be selected from the attached standard colour chart.
Please choose from our standard sizes of 600mm, 1200mm, 1800mm or 2400mm, depending on the number of users. Bespoke dimensions can be priced and manufactured on request.
Additional options include:
- Supply of 600mm deep return end panels where the unit requires 1 or both ends closed.
- Supply of hinge and locks to access panels instead of lift off clips.
Please note, prices displayed are for purchase of under frames and access panels only. Vanity tops and wash troughs can be purchased separately. When ordering a vanity underframe over 3000mm these maybe supplied in 2 pieces due to sheet size of the material available.
Delivery is available throughout the UK, please see attached PDF for costs. Lead times can be up to 21 working days during busy periods, please contact the team for further guidance.
Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
