The Ideal Standard wall-hung Doc M compliant disabled toilet pack is specifically designed to meet the latest UK building regulations. It is available with a choice of black, chrome or Satin Stainless Steel grab rails.
These packs have a left-hand or right-hand single tap hole basin. Taps with copper tails are preferred in many applications, and TMV3-approved basin mixers help prevent scalding with an integral thermostat, thereby reducing the risk of legionella.

Pack handing is determined by the basin's orientation relative to the toilet pan. If the basin is on the right-hand side (when looking from the front), you will need a right-handed pack; otherwise, a left-handed pack.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
Please Note: Geberit Products cannot be returned due to the Manufacturers own zero-return policy.
