Quality stainless steel lock and key set suitable for disabled toilet doors in public and private commercial toilets. The lock has a reversible latch bolt for easy left- or right-hand door configurations.

To meet regulations requiring emergency access, the lock has an emergency turn-and-release function.

This lock satisfies the National Key Scheme.

Product Returns

We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.

If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.

Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.

Please Note: Geberit Products cannot be returned due to the Manufacturers own zero-return policy.
