The price displayed is for a semi-recessed vanity top only. Vanity unit underframe/access panels are sold separately from the options displayed. A vanity unit support leg can also be supplied instead of an underframe.
The vanity top is manufactured from a fully formed 18mm thick High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) sheet, with a moisture-resistant core and shaped to provide a rear up-stand and front down stand. The vanity top is supplied without holes for basins, these must be cut on-site by the purchaser to suit the desired basin.
Colours: HPL vanity tops come in a wide variety of laminate colours from our Polyrey washroom ranges. Please see the attached PDFs for details. Alternative colours and laminate manufacturers are available on request (additional costs may apply).
Sizes: Vanity units are priced and purchased at various length bands but are usually manufactured to your exact requirements. The price displayed is for a semi-recessed depth (350mm deep as standard).
Semi-recessed vanity units are ideal when space is at a premium! The semi-recessed basin is recessed within the vanity forehead (front down stand) allowing a shorter top bed. Measurement: 100mm rear up-stand, vanity bed 350mm, 300mm forehead (front down stand).
Recommended mounting heights for children’s vanity tops:
- Nursery school age: 650mm from floor level
- Primary school age: 700 – 750mm from floor level (depending on the age of children)
After purchasing online, we will be in contact to establish the exact dimensions of the vanity unit you require and your desired colours. Any top over 3500mm long will have a join in the top.
If your vanity unit is positioned so that either end is exposed (and not against a wall), you will also need to order end-capping for each exposed end. Capping is not required if the vanity unit runs from wall to wall.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
