KWC DVS Manufacturer Warranty - Spouts and Taps are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. The automatic tap kits are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in material and assembly. Solenoid valves are guaranteed for 12 months, subject to water conditions. However, it is expected that the valve internals will operate efficiently for many years.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
