This tap is suitable for cold or premixed water and is powered with infrared sensors, including bi-directional communication for monitoring, servicing and configuration purposes.
This tap is fitted with an infrared sensor with a battery life of approximately 7 years (providing 150 activations a day). This product is also fitted with EcoJoy technology reducing water usage to 5.7 litres per minute.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
