This neat pre-plumbed wash hand basin duct set module is ideal for use within any commercial washroom setting, particularly popular within healthcare environments. Boxed out unit with 2 return end panels.
At the heart of each fully adjustable module is a self supporting 16 gauge galvanised metal frame which can be securely fixed to floor, walls and ceiling.
All modules are produced to HTM64 specification. Panels are manufactured as standard from impact resistant, sanitised antibacterial compact grade laminate for optimum hygiene, allowing appropriate cleaning chemicals and water to be used without affecting the life of the material.

Panels are factory fixed with concealed metal clips attached to metal sub frame. Access panels can be easily removed from the unit by kehu ‘lift off’ or ‘pull off’ clips. Unit comes complete with 1no hinged access panel.
Choose from our range of standard laminate colours (Polyrey washroom collection). Colours outside this range may incur costs.
Sanitary ware and Brassware: Units are manufactured in the factory as an Integrated Plumbing System (IPS), delivered to site with Twyford sanitary ware pre-fixed and installed from the factory. Alternatively, sanitary ware and brassware Compliant with HTM 64 can be ordered separately from the Commercial Washrooms site.

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
