Thermal mixing valves blend hot and cold water feeds to a single inlet tap, they blend this water and ensure the outlet water temperature never exceeds a set safe level. This protects the users of the taps and water outlets from scalding. Particularly important where the commercial washroom owner has a duty of care to the user, such as any business. But very important where children or the elderly may use the water outlets too. Such as hotels, schools, and nursing homes.

The 22mm Bristan Gummers thermostatic mixing valve (MT753CO or MT753CP-ISO ) are for connection to 22mm commercial and domestic pipework and is typically the correct size for bath taps, some kitchen taps, multiple shower outlets and any high water volume outlet. Ideally, there will be one TMV3 thermal mixing valve installed per water outlet (tap, shower or faucet), and it will be sited as close to the outlet as possible to reduce the potential for the growth of bacteria such as Legionella in the pipe run between the thermal mixing valve and outlet.
The TMV3 scheme is run by BuildCert and is an independent testing scheme which ensures national and international standards are met. (BS EN 1111 and 1287). Approval under the scheme means high standards of thermostatic protection and suitability for use in commercial applications (TMV3).

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.

Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
