The vanity top is a fully formed 12.5mm thick Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) panel. The panel is shaped to provide a rear up-stand and front down stand. The vanity top is supplied without holes for basins, these must be cut on site by the purchaser to suit the desired basin.

Colours:
SGL vanity tops come in a wide variety of laminate colours from either Polyrey or Formica washroom ranges. please see the attached PDFs for details. Alternative colours are available on request.
Sizes:
Vanity units are priced and purchased at various length bands but are usually manufactured to your exact requirements. The semi-recessed style is manufactured with a 350mm deep bed as standard, allowing sufficient space for a semi-recessed style of basin.
A rear upstand is included at 100mm and also a 200mm forehead (front down stand).
After purchasing online we will be in contact to establish the exact dimensions of the vanity unit you require and your desired colours. Any top over 3500mm long will have a join in the top.
If your vanity unit is positioned so that either end is exposed (and not against a wall), you will also need to order end capping for each exposed end. Capping is not required if the vanity unit runs from wall to wall.
All vanity units and toilet cubicles displayed on the Commercial Washrooms website are straightforward to install for any competent tradesman.

What Is A Semi-Recessed Basin? Semi-recessed wash basins are a stylish design choice in a number of commercial environments. Here we explain what they are, and where they work best.
Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.
Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.
Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.
Deliveries to Ireland, Europe and worldwide are available and are quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.
Delivery timescales
We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.
All bespoke products such as cubicles and vanity units are on extended lead times to allow for manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
